Having entered into so much unknown with this world pandemic, my wife and I were very worried. Trisha calmed our fears and believed in the value of our home and community. Honestly, I was overtly and openly skeptical when my wife and I first met with her. We came from selling our previous homes through discount brokers and didn’t initially buy into what value she’d add. However, I’m man enough to say I was wrong. We were clearly in good hands from the moment we signed with her. We felt our listing was her top priority even though she had other listings. She also replied to our many random questions without delay. In the end, she got us well OVER ASK! Trisha is ambitious, hardworking and will help you find a home that suits your family. My husband and I met Trisha at one of the homes she was selling and immediately started to ask us important questions about what we were looking for in a home. She kindly asked if we had a realtor and explained the benefits of having one. She really helped us become more educated about the home buying and selling process and recommended a great mortgage broker. That weekend, she came to visit our townhome, helped us create a home search and provided us information about how much our townhome would sell for. She did all of this without making us feel pressured. Even when we were aiming a bit too high in our home search, Trisha helped us adjust our search that reflected what we really needed in a home. She came to all home showings, describing the pros and cons of each home, how life would be like living in a particular home with future children.
